Check out our new PSA! It’s 30-second spot showcasing our phone helpline called Mental Health GPS, which offers free and confidential mental health screening and navigation to services. Here’s the video: Big kudos to the videography team, Tim Mahlbacher and Leon Fooksman, who are based in Palm Beach County. They spent a lot of time with us, learning about our needs, planning and scripting the video, and completing it to perfection. I highly recommend them for video production services: PSAs, gala/fundraising videos, social media videos, event videos, and much more. If interested in contacting them, please let me know and I’ll connect you.

If you or someone you know needs help finding mental health or substance abuse services please call our  Mental Health GPS (Guiding People to Services) Helpline 561-801-HELP (4357)  This free resource and referral line was created to connect community members to a trained member of our support team, who will talk with you and connect you to resources that can help.

Also, ask the Helpline about our other helping services including:

  • Free screening for depression and anxiety
  • Care Coordination assistance for children and families
  • Listen to Children mentors in selected schools throughout Palm Beach County
  • Peer Place Support Center -- a caring place for adults who need to talk with others with lived experience who are on the path to recovery.  Join our support groups today!
  • For Older Adults- ask about our PEARLS and Enhance Wellness programs.

We want your assistance in opening the front door before stage four of an illness (#B4Stage4) to the services the community so greatly needs. Our Helpline is staffed by certified Peer mentors and clinical staff who are able to guide those in need help. So pass this on anyone you meet who is struggling with or recovering from mental illness, because no one should suffer alone because they didn't know who to call. Anyone can call and talk to an operator now between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM (as of 10/01/2017). M-F
